Slow chrome/chromium mousewheel scrolling in linux?

Good afternoon friends. Next problem:
On all linux operating systems (Ubuntu, debian, arch, mint) in chrome and the like, scrolling pages with a mouse roller works very slowly (I also tried different mice), noticeably noticeable compared to working in Windows or Mac. At the same time, the scrolling itself in the OS (Explorer, other tasks) is normal. Tried different modules for the browser (Wheel Smooth Scroller), etc. But I would like to understand how you can fix this without additional crutches.

It may not be relevant already, but perhaps it will be useful to someone. Since 48-49 versions of chromium have added a smooth scrolling mode. In order to disable it, you need to follow the link chrome://flags/#smooth-scrolling and vice versa
