Slim 3 for commercial purposes?

What does "This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License" mean in the Slim 3 documentation? That it can no longer be used for commercial purposes? Or does it only apply to the site's documentation?

I downloaded versions 2 and 3 - the licenses are the same (Slim 2 came with an MIT license).
Google didn't give an answer. Who is in the know?
