Slick slider set to auto scroll?

In a slick slider, if the number of elements is less or the same as it should be displayed, then the arrows are hidden and automatic scrolling stops working, how to implement this?

The fact that the arrows disappear is not critical, but the fact that scrolling no longer works is very bad.
Since I use a double slick slider, if there is no automatic scrolling for dots (the second slider), then the main one does not scroll either
