Slick is not a function how to fix?

I've been struggling with the slider for the second day, I can't embed it in my project, I don't know what to do anymore. Slick and jquery are connected everywhere (screenshots), but the console gives the same error over and over again. It must be something super obvious, but I can't see anything. Thank you for your help
