Skype messages are delayed
The Internet is littered with similar questions, including the Skype forums, but I have not seen a clear answer.
Maybe someone knows at least a partial answer?
Problem on Skype servers? Or on the client? Or only on the Win client :)?

Messages sometimes arrive with a delay of 2-3 days, and today there was a record, a message arrived from February 19th!
They say the solution is outrageously simple: “Deleting and adding my contact from another subscriber helped, and the same procedure did not lead to fixing the problem for me.”
The same trouble. I can't find the reason. The problems started less than a month ago. Glitches on different devices, on android, ios and PC clients. The symptoms are approximately the same, sometimes the message that it has come is not visible, then it comes after some time. Many of my friends are identical.
Are the client versions the latest? Faced with the fact that if one of the contacts has an old version of Skype, then they see each other, but messages do not go through until you make a call or transfer a file.
One of the contacts has this. Messages arrive out of order (completely out of order). Delayed. No notifications, only sound - the window does not blink as it should (I have Linux). Having heard the sound, it is impossible to understand what message has come - you need to re-read everything and find it.
It would seem that I have a problem (since there is a symptom that Gui implements differently), but no, that contact says that everyone complains about glitches in his skype.
Good afternoon everyone! Has there been any definitive solution for this problem on Win 10? I will be grateful. It becomes a big problem, you do not notice important messages, or you notice late.
The password recovery procedure on the site often helps:
secure.skype.com/account/personal/change-password
Apparently, after this procedure, the account parameters are correctly overwritten.
My wards solved the following problems in this way:
1. Inability to send messages.
2. Inability to accept messages from specific respondents. (in this case, we perform at the respondent's)
3. Inability to send files.
