Is there a plugin in nature that would allow displaying information about the person on the other end of the wire during a call? Incoming or outgoing. Provided that before that there was already a history of communication.

What you need: there is a fairly large list of interlocutors and you want to quickly be able to view some notes that I have already made about this person before or during the call. Something like my comment on the page of any habrauser.

Skype apps has a free app called Descripto:

Synchronized contact selection from Skype. Clicking a contact on Skype's contact list allows Descripto to display the notes of the selected user.

But, alas, the application is only for Windows.
