Briefly about the tools:
Figma is a cross-platform tool that works anywhere, anytime and on anything:
Pros:
- Free
- The ability to work on one project, a whole team, with one large library of components.
- Available anywhere, you don’t even need to download anything, the main thing is that there is a device from which you can log in.
- Easy transfer of layout to the programmer
- Constant updates, fast support.
- Large community, very in demand among companies.
Cons:
- Resource intensive to large layouts.
- No plugins.
Adobe XD- a good tool, but only works on windows 10 and Mac OS so far, has a lightweight tool for easy animation.
Pros:
- Animation
- Available on windows
- Included in the Adobe subscription, now by the way it's already free.
- Lightweight, but already a bit difficult tool for a layout designer.
Cons:
- Poor care of users (UX is generally not well thought out, you can often go astray when working with it).
- In my opinion, it does not work well with Frame, you cannot create another Frame inside Frame, grouping generally lags behind other tools.
- Sometimes there are bugs.
Sketch is a classic tool, the oldest on the market, with a very large community.
Pros:
- A very large community that writes all kinds of plugins, patterns, UI-kit.
- Integration with a large number of tools, great flexibility in this regard.
- Convenient in functionality, very similar to Figma.
Cons:
- Only on Mac
- Difficult to pass the layout to the layout designer
- Difficult to transfer the layout to the colleague designer if he works on Windows.
- Expensive

Figma. There is also the possibility of simultaneous work on the project + live sharing layouts. No Zeplin/Avocado/Invision needed.
I myself prefer Sketch for various reasons (all sorts of minor nuances), but I work alone.
Forget about XD - it's Adobe. Same hell as Photoshop.
