There is a site elghansa.ru and elghansa.com. So in Google elghansa.ru is not ranked at all, even in Google webmaster it shows that only one page is indexed - the main one. If you type elghansa.ru into a Google search, it also gives out only the main one, but ranks com. What can I do to make ru rank normally in Google? And then there are no positions and transitions at all.

In the index for elghansa.ru you have only 1 page, the rest are not indexed at all.
With a reference like yours, it's just really bad.
A bunch of options.
Starting with the fact that you could just be stuck with elghansa.com, ending with banal robots.txt settings errors.
1. Is everything ok in Search Console? There are no notifications by manual measures?
2. Double-check in Search Console whether the sitemap has been added. And review the indexing data.
3. Double-check your .htaccess, you may have banned indexing there.
4. And in general, you have 2 identical sites on 1 IP in one account.
