Site on Modx Revo, file manager does not open in TV?

The site is new, just installed, began to set up tv and found that when you click on TV with the input type "file" and "images" the file manager does not open, although it works in the admin panel in the files tab. Here is a screenshot for clarity

Full clearing of the browser cache helped
