Site on Drupal does not work, custom Options for .htaccess file is prohibited on hosting

Hosting disabled custom Options for .htaccess file Drupal site stopped working.

The hoster writes when I try to access the site:

“For security reasons, we no longer allow custom Options for .htaccess file.

Just comment out the lines starting with Options, php_value or php_flag and your script will work without problem..”

Commented out but the topic flies. You can see here cookingportal.org.ua
Please tell me how to fix it.

@hior

So your css from here /sites/default/files/css/ is not loaded. You check .htaccess in other directories, in particular in this one

I understand that the main page is loaded, but the rest are not. If so, then the CNC is not working, and you need to try to override them through the admin panel, config file, database ... or whatever is used for Drupal.
