Site availability on Amazon S3 (via Route53)?

Good day!
Uploaded and configured the site on Amazon S3. The problem lies in the very low uptime of the site.
Yandex. The metric very often generates Internal Server Error (Name or service not known) errors , although 200 OK also happens, but less often.
I checked the site with third-party availability check services - it shows the availability of 50% of the servers.
The basket is located in the Irish DC. The robots file has been created and access has been granted to Yandex robots.

Write to the support and ask to add the user agent to the allowed ones.
