Single File Storage for Small Business (Soft/OS)

Please tell me if there is a ready-made solution that satisfies at least most of the conditions:
- you can put it on your car (important!)
- storage of various kinds of information (video, photo, text, documents, audio files)
- encoding when sending (only possible text files and documents)
- the ability to select files that should not be stored locally (secret documents)
- a stable OS (preferably UNIX, others are also possible)
- the ability to synchronize or simply cache ordinary files (photos, videos)
The main task is to establish a centralized storage of information for a small number of people (10 - 30)
Help me choose software (can be paid) to implement such an idea.
I myself am not experienced in this.
