Simplest web manager for xen and kvm?

Hello. Buried in the zoo of admins for managing xen\kvm hosts Can
you please tell me the simplest web-interface for this?
Desirable:
- a minimum of dependencies
- a minimum of initial setup
- the ability to create new VMs,

and if this is also a case in python, then there will be happiness in general.

tested:
- nimbus (a bunch of dependencies)
- XenWebManager (can't get it to work, I'll dig later)
- convirt (setup not for the faint of heart)
