Simple, visual and convenient css editing?

Interested in a program or some kind of browser extension for easy css editing on OS X, preferably with visual accompaniment. Well, that is, for example, there is a ready-made site, you need to stupidly redesign its design for your own needs, in fact, we are talking about changing css. There are web inspectors for browsers, but I want to simplify the task.

All the same - why Chrome DevTools does not suit you?
Out of the box, it can automatically save all changes to a file, there are all sorts of color pickers, etc. buns.
What else do you need? :)
