Simple SMTP server?

You need an SMTP server, preferably as simple as two fingers, because it will be used for a week as a patch.

The task is to get an account from it with a password like [email protected] and send letters from it in a third-party service

. What do you advise?

1. Your own and simple as two fingers for sending letters to third-party mail servers - it will not work.
You need to have configured reverse DNS record, SPF, DKIM, DMARC.
2. Mail for a domain from Yandex, or mail.ru for business will be easier.

Why do you need a server if the mailing is performed by another service? Check out how it works.

Easier than opensmtpd I don't know. But it can be and not as a patch. Simple and very productive https://www.opensmtpd.org/
Config lines in 5-10

What do you advise?

Hire an admin :) Because there is no simple and normally working SMTP server, especially if you need to send it to gmylo/mail.ru/yandex

You don't need an SMTP server just to send mail.
You need an SMTP client: ssmtp, nsmtp.
