Similar to filezilla in ubuntu?

Filezilla does not automatically load saved files in the code editor.
The thing is, I want to switch from vscode to neovim.
For vim, I did not find any sensible ftp plugins.
You need an external ftp client that will download files automatically.
Which one do you recommend?
