Similar products - how to form a block?

Guys, tell me - I did not find the topic specifically. Site theme https://ms-74.ru/ spare parts and special equipment. Not iPhones, which is difficult to find similar ones.
1. We have directories, subsections in them - those. the characteristics are written only in the table, not in the fields. There is no way to select goods by character. By the first word or nomenclature to pick up?
2. By what principle is this block output? Will the goods change each time in the block or should they be static - once they brought out and fixed these goods in this block?
From the point of view of seo-linking, will it be right to put products statically or will the algorithm offer other similar products every time, change?
Thanks for your tips, very helpful

It can be implemented in different ways. If in your database the characteristics are buried in separate fields or in separate records in the table of characteristics, then you can write a script with smart logic that will select
products that are similar in certain characteristics. This approach is most reasonable in cases where you have a large number of products in the database and they are often replenished. If there are not so many products, then you can manually "link" the products to each other, i.e. for each product you add links to similar ones in your opinion, this approach is more flexible, but it takes time to add links and keep links up to date when new products are added.

Similar - these are products of the same category as the current one and with a minimum difference in characteristics relative to the current one (modular difference - should be minimal).
Two options:
1. Or selection from tables of characteristics (which is better and more correct) contained in the database and output of goods with a minimum difference.
2. Or a separate file containing all similar products for a particular one (but this is worse, because updating manually all the time is unrealistic).
