Who can tell how you can configure the display in the mail list in GMail not the name of the mailbox, but the username from my contacts. I suspect the problem is that GMail displays the name that is in the sender's settings, and if it is not there, then it shows [email protected] Already looked through all the settings, re-created contacts, looked in other contacts - nothing happens.

You can make incoming mail filters and move messages to folders named the same as in your contact list. If it suits you. Describe your task in more detail, what exactly do you want to get as an output, why do you want to match the names recorded in the address book with the addresses of incoming letters?
