Should you use bootstrap for your online store? Then I'm going to pull on some CMS. I will be making up for the first time and now I don’t know how to do it better ... This will be something like this: themeforest.net/item/handy-handmade-shop-wordpress... . Help :)

It is possible, but in this case it is not necessary. You will simply make up 80-90 percent of all the elements yourself.
Although you can take the BS as a basis, leave the grid and javascript for modals, dropdowns, etc. In general, the benefits of using BS need to be more carefully assessed.

Why not?
What you gave on the link is better than a third of our online stores;)
In general, an online store is valued more for the quality of goods, prices, delivery times, and not for a beautiful "buy" button;)
