Should the mini social media app have a delete account function?

I am testing an application - a social network where you can add friends, share what you like from things that you have already bought, etc. And there is no account deletion function (as in VK and Facebook, for example). I think it should be added. Others tell me that the customer did not mention this feature. But .. customers are not quite users, they cannot provide all the necessary details.
Is this a bug?

On the one hand, the TOR was not mentioned, and you, as a performer, should not worry about it.
On the other hand, it is likely that they simply forgot about it. Well, the truth is, deleting an account will be the last thing they think about. The best thing to do is to inquire discreetly. If you forgot, then you are a plus for observation and the breadth of the scope of the topic.

there is no account deletion function, this function was not mentioned by the customer.
Is this a bug?

No, this is not a defect, this is not a built-in functionality.
The task of the tester is to check that the finished product meets the requirements of the specification.
You can write recommendations, but they, without the consent of the customer, should remain so.
