Should the frame be highlighted when receiving focus in an ios application?

I am a beginner web application tester. I know that the frames should be highlighted when receiving focus (for example, during registration), but how are things with iPhones? Are there the same testing rules? and also should the form field get autofocus, like in the desktop options?

It all depends on TK.
By HTML standards, no one owes anyone anything.
If the specification says about autofocus, then it should work, everywhere (unless otherwise specified in the specification).
