Service pages on the site . Is it worth shortening the text on the page and putting it into articles?

In short: the text at the top of the page is confusing - move it down.
If according to Feng Shui , then:

1. Determine the list of requests for which you are promoting the page;
   
2. Determine the type of these requests - commercial/informational;
   
3. If there is clearly no information (containing question words - "how, who, what", etc.), then, using the collected list, view the search results in Yandex / Google and compare the page of your site with the top ten sites for promoted queries. If text "bags" are present on a competitor's page, pay attention to the volume and location (for example, text can be at the end of pages, or evenly distributed across the page, accompanied by subheadings).
   
4. After the analysis, decide whether you will change what you have now or not, based on indicators: positions for promoted queries and conversion (applications/leads).
   
5. If you decide to remove or move the text, do not forget to fix the data on the indicators indicated above in order to determine whether the changes were beneficial or not.
