I would like to know how interesting this topic is and whether it is worth writing a small tutorial on Habré, where to summarize the experience of using the directshow.net wrapper for recording video and audio, and also tell about all sorts of rakes to those who want to use this technology that is a thing of the past?

Good manuals are always worth their weight in gold. And if you have experience, and most importantly, you have stumbled upon a “rake” many times, write so much more. Even in the presence of similar articles, the authors solved different problems.
