Should I use Dart for the Server API?
Hello,
Interested in the Dart language to use it as a server API. In addition, the results on benchmarks are good - link . Who tried in practice, what do you say, is it worth taking?

Tried, but not on the server. The language is pleasant, the ecosystem is damp, there are few people.
If you are writing a pocket project for yourself - use whatever your heart desires, even Idris with dependent types. The spread in stability / performance is a secondary issue here, and the real performance will depend primarily on how exactly you write the project. Therefore, you can safely use Dart on the server if you like it (but, honestly, it is still "average" and there are nicer languages).
If the project is not for yourself, but for the customer, or in general it is planned to be supported by other people in the future (that is, the project is planned to grow), then Dart is a bad choice. Finding a trained professional is hard. The ecosystem is still damp (although the potential is good). An exception is if you have the desire and resources to train a team of Dart specialists (like, for example, Wrike ).
