I don't think you should give it up. Firstly, because basically your knowledge is important to the employer, which you show not in an interview and work experience, but papers are secondary. I decided to search on sites with work (headhunter, linkedin) CSDA. The search did not give anything, i.e. Employers do not require this certification. To hand over on certificates in my opinion it is necessary for itself.
