Should I take OVH protection for the game server?

DDoS Protection

Hello, I now have a couple of servers on hetznere with Minecraft game servers. When it comes to DDOSa, then of course everything becomes sad. I'm thinking of taking a virtual server on OVHcloud and connecting it through a tunnel with a hatzner. How viable is this plan?
There is still game protection, but from what I read, it says that it protects the udp protocol in priority when I still need TCP.
And so, will they be able to break through the OVH virtual servers, or is it better to take their game server and do everything on it?
