Should I take OCP Java? What preparation materials can you read?

I want to retrain as a Java developer.
I already have Java experience, but it is clearly not enough to pass an interview in a decent company.
Do they look for OCP Java SE on a resume when looking for candidates? Does this exam make sense when looking for a Java EE or Java Android job?
What relevant materials should be read? As I understand it, the current test is 1Z0-804?

Hexlet has a Java SE course, even two versions. There were a lot of articles on habré:

TL;DR; It's worth going if you want. The main thing is to streamline knowledge. I won’t say anything about development for Android, but for a Java EE developer, knowledge of SE is a must have. In fact, they look at the certificate, but only if the choice is between two candidates.

Certificates are not important to anyone now, the main thing is what is in the head.
You can get it "for yourself" if you like. :)
