Should I take AMD?

Good day! I am choosing a processor for my home computer and there are some difficulties. I am a longtime fan of AMD, so the choice naturally fell on the company's products. I read a lot of reviews on the Internet and decided on a family of chips: Fusion A10. Based on the cost that is acceptable to me, I chose two models 7800 and 7850K. By the way, compared on the site M.ua, or is it better to do it on some other portal? Both processors run on four cores, which is exactly what I needed. I was also looking for Turboboost to be present, and it is available in both copies. I was sure that the higher the clock speed, the better. However, the price of the 7850K is lower, although it has 3.7 GHz, and the 7800 with 3.5 GHz is more expensive. It is not entirely clear why this is happening? Or does the price depend not only on this parameter, but also on others? Clarify this point, if not difficult. Although the latter option has lower heat dissipation, by as much as 30 watts. And here the second question arises: is it really important? The computer still does not work for days, and the light is not very expensive. I know that the cache level affects performance, but this parameter is identical in both chips. In general, I'm confused, and I ask for help with the choice.
