Is it worth switching to Linux from Windows as a web developer?

If a hundred and tons is such a question, then definitely not worth it!
Those who need a normal operating system, not gaming firmware, just take it and go.

A year ago, I also installed Linux, since then I have been sitting on it, although I went through several versions until I found what I really like

definitely a must!
otherwise, you will have to do business, write code for Windows,
and so - you can always do it in an exciting way ... compile the kernel, for example, instead of boring work

Cons - an unusual environment at first, the rest depends on the software used.
The plus is incredible - much less movement is needed to deploy web services and proxies for tests on your computer. Better native software than Denver)
I'm not exactly a web developer, but I had a similar question, I decided unequivocally - yes!
Please note my humble opinion =)

Somehow such a question became - I tried it, I found that Windows did not load for 2 weeks. It's been like that for 2 years now.

If only coding is easy. I would even recommend.
If there is a minimal design work - nowhere without Photoshop. And no Gimps will replace it. Either Windows or Mac. Mac is better but expensive.

1.
A web developer needs to switch from Windows 2. A web developer needs to switch from Windows to Macos, because BSD, the face is prettier and the laptop hardware is easier.

Obviously, if they were developing on Microsoft technologies, the question would not have arisen at all. Then, apparently, something that requires UNIX hosting ...
Development under Windows is not at all annoying if there is a normal hosting. Software (IDE and others) is enough. To communicate with Linux and others, putty with a certificate is enough. This is from the objective. If everything is running under Windows and there are no hosting issues, then there is no real reason to change.
I personally decided for myself that within 5 years I will switch to Linux. But there are political reasons for this (I absolutely don’t want to be taken by the balls for software because of some regular sanctions). Accordingly, all investments in Windows have already been stopped, and Linux is periodically used from VirtualBox (so far only to create video of actions on the screen). The final transition will occur with the change of PC. Then there will be no point in re- (and always lengthy) setting up the working environment. And this may happen earlier. But I'll be ready for this, because. I master the chosen distribution kit, I ask questions at its forum.
I suggest the same approach to you.

If you asked, then no. Although personally I don’t even have a dual block - Linux has been in a single boot for more than a year now.

I would switch, but I have a problem with my internet connection.
