Should I support IE 8?

Help with advice about ie8 support .
Is it worth it to support this miracle of browsers in the project?
The essence of the project will be in testing employees / applicants. (The topic is still important, because all testing will be on the site) I looked at the statistics, but I would like to hear your opinion on this matter. Thank you.

It is worth supporting only the main functionality in order not to lose 2-6% of users (depending on the audience).
It is not worth supporting all the functionality completely, because. costly.

Not worth any basic. I don't test my sites even under IE9 anymore.
It is more useful to adapt the site to different screen resolutions. The percentage of users with vision problems is higher than the percentage of users of IE8/9

Only at the basic level. So that the site, in principle, can be viewed.

I don't even bother. For the sake of interest, I sometimes look through IE8. Looks like nothing has come up yet
