No, it’s not worth it, in real development (even new applications “only in Swift from scratch”) you still have to deal with interaction with Objective-C code (Cocoa, 3rd-party libraries that won’t rewrite themselves in Swift).
Yes, it's worth it. The entry threshold is quite low compared to objective-c, the syntax is much simpler, clearer and more readable.
If you do not plan to work in companies, then you should learn Swift without knowledge of Objective-C.

If you work for yourself, then yes. If there is a specific vacancy for Swift, then yes. If Appa's projects are for a month of development, then everything is ok.
