Should I start learning React Native right from Expo?

I know React JS, I have a desire to learn React Native.
I found a good course, but there the author starts with Expo, and works with him throughout the course, arguing that in this way we get rid of routine work.
In the future, I want to get a job as a React Native developer.
Tell me, is it necessary to learn pure React Native, or is it possible right away with expo ?

Nobody uses expo in real application development, and I don't recommend it to you either.
