Should I migrate Gulp files to ES6?

One of the company's products is layout, with assembly on Gulp and Webpack.
Is it worth it to migrate Gulp to ES6 in such projects?
In principle, the latest Node LTS supports it 99%.
How is it with you? How did you justify this decision?
