I'm making a faucet and I'm thinking. I have always left my code in a readable way. So that later in the future it was possible to fix something without a collector. And then I look and articles about collectors there, everything is tight. then it turns out the project is tied to the collector if it's normal to edit.
If not, then write new styles and the old ones will remain. And if we allow then to put the project on the engine and everything will change there in the folder. Yes, and styles can not be divided when doing. It is necessary to rebuild again .. something is some kind of crap just from this total minification in just one file

You can not minify. Most hosts have gzip compression configured.
