Hello. I took about 2018 for 256GB and 8 operatives with a touchbar. The touchbar is very convenient, I can’t imagine why I need other F keys now, it can be adjusted and configured as convenient. I took it for video editing, everything works clearly, lala model. The touchbar is a rudiment, Apple will no longer have f keys. Take an apple, everything is very simple and clear, you will understand the campaign. Convenient and comfortable.

Unfortunately it's no longer worth it.
Wait until you have adequate MBP 13 2019. They have updated the model and now you can buy a great device for 1300! The frequency of the processor 1.4 is declared there - but the boost is up to the same 3.7 as the older model. It's just the other way around more energy efficient, and according to tests there's a difference of a few percent...
Now they all have a touchbar. As for me, the price / quality of analogues is now absent, Air is no longer a competitor at all, even with a reduced price.
