Should I create a portfolio site on GitHub Pages?

Hi all!
The question is, of course, a little stupid, so I'm asking for the sake of interest. Do you think it is worth creating a serious site on github? Those. not just one page "for something", but a serious site, with various pages like: projects, portfolio, achievements (such as a timeline), blog, price list, etc.?
It is clear that we are not talking about promotion and Yandex / Google will not display it as a normal site, but if we consider the purpose of showing the site in a resume, instead of links to profiles with Dribbble, Behance, CodePen (code examples), Medium (many lead blog there) and others, then maybe the idea will "go in".
What do you think?
What pros and cons do you see in this idea and hosting a personal site on GitHub Pages?

How is that? Github has become a hosting for a long time?

From my own experience, I’ll say this - no one looks there at all, although I indicated the link to my github at least three times when looking for a job. either the resume from hh.ru is the fault - the links are at the very bottom, or no one cares.
not worth it IMHO. waste of time and energy. it is enough to put your best code (project) in the form of a single repository, but do not have high hopes.
There is one more nuance - few of the interviewees can objectively, like a judge in court, say your code is good or bad. in 80% of cases they will find something to get to the bottom of, they will try to humiliate, or show their CSV. Do not throw pearls in front of swine.

Я не думаю что страница с портфолио поможет чем-то, разве что вы веб-студия и продвигаете себя.
Но лучше вместо этого гемороя займитесь изучением чего-то нового и шанс что у вас примут собеседование или закажут что-то увеличиться
