Should I create a large project on some framework?

I would like to hear the opinion of experienced front-end developers. In general, you need to create a lot of layouts for a large project, should you use semantic-ui or bootstrap? Or still build your own logic for convenient work.

Definitely worth it, otherwise you will have to create and document your own rules for other developers of the same project, otherwise the project will roll down after a couple of years (or even months) of development and become something unsupported, with a huge number of duplicates, plugins, etc.

You can’t just take and build your own logic of work! This must be achieved by analyzing what we don’t like about existing solutions, and if the complexity of creating your own logic is lower than the complexity of working on existing solutions, then definitely!
