Should I contact Netsuite ERP?

The question is, I'm a 1st with normal experience (4 years), but I want to change the field of activity. There were thoughts of moving to Java (Android or JavaEE). But the change of platform brings with it great material losses. Approximately 2-3 times. So I was offered a job where I can deal with both 1C and client automation on ERP NetSuite - which, as far as I understand, is written in Java (modules for it are definitely written in Java).
Job offers without financial loss.
Actually the question is whether I should agree to such a job or there is no point? That is, for example, it’s worth just learning Java in parallel and then there will be more sense.
Well, in general, is there a prospect somewhere else in the Russian Federation to find a job on this NetSuite?
