Should I buy and renew my ReSharper license?

1. If you add up the answers to questions 6 and 9, then it looks like you can use it at work only in the case when it is one PC?
2. The license is given for a specific version. At the same time, you always buy a subscription for a year. Is it possible to purchase a subscription with a discount for new versions that are not explicitly included in an already purchased subscription?
And how much does ReSharper cost in rubles in the end? Those. how much will the purchase cost, and how much will it cost to renew/upgrade the license? This is somehow poorly understood, and therefore it is difficult to assess whether it is worth buying.

Hello! Regarding the first point, this is explained in the FAQ section:
That is, you cannot use it at the same time, this keyword:
(b) Licensee may not:
(iii) use the same License Key or JetBrains Account concurrently by multiple Authorized Users, on multiple License Server instances, Software instances, or Clients. Software may contain a feature preventing concurrent use of the same License Key or JetBrains Account.
The subscription usually includes the ability to upgrade to minor versions (A license is perpetual to the purchased version of the software) that come out during the period of the subscription itself. As for the price, ReSharper is different, the price varies from $ 99 to $ 249 (this is now taking into account the discount). The update depends on what you need - there is for 9.x, and there is an upgrade to the Ultimate version.

Complete nonsense ... Don't buy, the meaning is gone ... If earlier, we take the 2015 version, it gave some real opportunities to speed up the work, now it only brings additional problems ... And all this is epic about " Oh, the reshaper, he does everything himself", built on the old version.
1) Code saving often doesn't work... I.e. you have to use git, or copy to notepad, because you don’t have the ability to save at all, neither through a file - save, nor through CTRL + S. Yes, everything is sad.
2) Mercilessly loads vizhla. By itself, the vision is not the fastest idea, but it also adds 70% of the load from above. So consider which is better.
3) It is also paid. I don't want to give money for the fact that one fine moment, I will get a few hours of work, when I just won't save, and the git will be disabled. So, I'm waiting for the 2019 version. 2017.3 disappointed me, and I think I will never remember this rather disastrous project in this case.
And there is no Russian community ... generally chic.
