was a question, register a new domain or buy a used one
There is an offer to purchase a domain with an age (more than 10 years), for $ 400
Indicators are zero, no TIC and links (Backlink ).
The domain contains the main key and subject similarity.
Does it make sense to pay $400 and will it give SEO benefits?

Even if the domain was bought by Jesus, and he did nothing on it (zero indicators), then he is worthless. Unless its name is short and fits perfectly with your topic.

The age of the domain matters for the "quick start" of the site. Yandex places sites with new domains in a "sandbox" for a year, that is, even with good indexing, they will still be in very low places in the search results. The old domain, screwed to the new site, removes this annual quarantine.
A year later, the age of the domain will practically not matter.
