Should employees be allowed to access the Internet from their personal phones?

I am a system administrator at the enterprise. Employees ask permission to install a Wi-Fi router in the office. Tell me how to be?
The question is not that they will use the service Internet, but how this can affect the security of the enterprise network.

I agree with Artem and add Alexander
It has long been such a time that the Internet is deeply embedded in our lives and it is quite a normal situation when users want to have stable and fast access at work.
Here, of course, one can argue for a long time on the topic of "corporate resources" and that one should not be distracted by social work, etc. at work. but for the most part, this is fading away because people are quite busy chatting on Viber and using various services that, as a result, benefit the enterprise. (we don’t take into account sensitive enterprises, everything is complicated there)
But!
Given the current realities and the idiocy in the legislation, it is worth remembering that at any moment uncles in uniform can come and present some kind of "extremist" post in a social network, written from your oypi and under a pseudonym.
It is necessary to immediately think about how to solve this problem, give employees a piece of paper to sign that they are responsible, this is possible, but then how to identify the violator from the general mass ...
In general, giving the Internet is not bad, the bad thing is that it can follow realities).

Yes, as usual - if an ordinary enterprise (not a secure one), the network of routers is isolated by VLAN - then there is nothing to be afraid of.
And you can also give a paper to sign that they themselves are responsible for where they climb and the contents of their phone - and if suddenly something - they will be extreme. To understand that a work network is not a home network.

I would not let workers into the network even through VLANs. Now the mobile Internet is so cheap that it’s even somehow strange why people need wi-fi. And besides, remember that from the company's network they leave comments on websites and in social networks from the company's IP address. What if something happens, they come to you to figure it out, and if you don't have logs for each user, then...
And in general, it's not camille to mix work and personal.

Why do employees need wifi? Everyone has lte ...
And in general, you need to work at work, and not flip through instagram. I quote any guide))

Transfer this headache to the bosses.
Ask or whatever you're supposed to.
Argument "for" - people will be less engaged in garbage from working computers. The argument "against" is clear.
There is nothing technically difficult to maintain, SLAs are low.

1. Either you install a Wifi router and let everyone from their phones into the local network.
2. Or you put a Wifi router in a separate VLAN, and let everyone from their phones go directly to the Internet, and not to the local network.
3. Either you do not install a Wifi router.
