Should Disqus be disabled?

Good afternoon!
The question is in the title.
Now more and more I see information that people are starting to abandon the use of discus comments in favor of standard WP comments. (comments added by the plugin) On my sites, in principle, there were no problems with it, the pages load quite quickly (of course, longer than without it, but not much), they load when scrolling to the comments without problems.
What is the reason for the mass negativity and is it worth turning them off at home? In general, it does not matter which comments to use. Probably, there will even be less crap, but I would like to hear your opinions. Thanks in advance.

In my experience, Diskus used to benefit from not having good free plugins for standard commentary VIs. And the paid ones were too expensive for small sites. Therefore, it was necessary either to finish them yourself for a long time, or to use discus. Now they have.
The main disadvantage of discus is that it does not store comments on the site, which means they are not indexed by search engines. I also personally didn’t like the fact that he had an external control panel, it was inconvenient to manage comments. But for some it's a plus.
