Should all the pictures on the site be encoded in Base64?
"Emulate data:URL for IE6-7 - using MHTML include" still relevant? Or is it no longer necessary? It's just very dreary ... each time to prescribe each picture there ..

Why should posters be output in base64? These are static pictures, let the browser cache them and next time it will not pull them from the server.
