Shortcodes do not work in TinyMCE, how to add a video in another way?

There is a problem. I created a button for downloading media files (my own), so that the library would not be shown, but there was immediately a choice of files on the computer. The picture inserts without problems, but I don’t understand the video. I tried to insert it as a shortcode, but it does not accept it, it displays it in plain text. Probyval insert as , does not see as an element for editing. What can I do to make the video embed normally?

PS TinyMCE editor is on a regular page, not in the admin panel.
