Short beeps on your phone?

Hello, please help, the organization has an internal PBX Panasonic kx tda 30, to the socket to which I connect a landline phone, there is a signal as if I am dialing a number (although in general I only pick up the phone) there is no such thing on the others (a steady beep), and I can’t call me either Can't call what's the reason? it with a line of a problem or automatic telephone exchange to adjust?
