In part, it’s my own fault that, out of ignorance, I ordered perfume from Amazon. They were separated from the general package in Polar Express and not sent to Russia. You can’t return it to Amazon, you need to get rid of the parcel from the warehouse, and I decided to sell it on eBay. Before putting the item up for auction, I wrote to Polar Express support, describing my situation. They made me happy there, writing that they would send the parcel to the USA at their own expense. And the sweetest thing is that they don't accept deposits under $5. And this balance cannot be transferred - in the support service they answered me that yes, we can return these 3 dollars to you, but you will have to pay a bank commission of 10 dollars.
Bottom line: I received the main package, which was sent without perfume, 2 weeks after payment. Parcel with perfume in the US was sent the next day after payment. In general, my process of wasting nerves on this company stretched for a month. Suitable for people who do not have problems. I personally do not recommend.
If it's still relevant, you can look at Viabox, a good intermediary. They ship fast and the prices are good, they don't have any shipping fees, only shipping as they are in a tax free state. They have a large enough list of services (repackaging, combining, etc.) and all without an additional fee, at first I was looking for a catch, but I didn’t find it)
It is better to choose a new intermediary, sending goods for small amounts the first couple of times.
