How to implement data exchange between Google Spreadsheets?
For clarity, I visualized everything in the picture:

The tables are in different documents.
When editing cells, the information should be updated in another table.
Line matching must be respected.

For a query on the right, use the importrange function.
For a query on the left, use the importrange function nested in filter:
=Filter(
importrange("link to table"; "sheet!range")
