Shared Safari links, where have they gone?

I have not used Safari as the main one for a long time, but then I decided to return. And the tab in the side menu - "Shared Links", which replaced my twitter and RSS reader, disappeared (did Apple cut it out themselves?). How to return if possible?
p.s. MacOS High Sierra.
