Shared boxes in exchange 2013?

Good day. It is necessary to connect mailboxes or folders so that users can see mail in them and fully work with it. At the same time, it is necessary that these mailboxes can work via imap, because there are some scripts that process mail in and respond to it. For example, postfix has a Public folder that everyone has, and you can subscribe any user to any mailbox that will be displayed there and he will be able to work with it and receive mail. In exchange, the problem is that if you do it through shared folders, you can’t log in to them with a script and respond from them (I read that you can do this through access delegation and log in as domain\admin\user with an admin password, but so far Haven't tried it yet, maybe I'm doing something wrong. I also tried to make just a shared mailbox, to which I redirected from shared mailboxes x,y, z to the appropriate folders in it. But this solution does not seem beautiful to me, because. everyone will have to connect this account, and it is not very clear how to protect it from the user. At the same time, it is not entirely clear how to give the rights to this account to respond on behalf of a common mailbox. I would be immensely grateful to anyone who can explain where I misunderstand the situation and how best to proceed.
