Share the viewed photo in the gallery of the site. How to implement?

There is a photo gallery of works. When you click on a photo, a lightbox opens with an enlarged photo and a share button (fb, vk, twitter). How can it be implemented so that a specific (viewed) image can be shared? By default, the entire page is shared.
If anything, then the site is on MODX, and maybe there is a convenient plugin or gallery for such cases?

Well, for example, the same photoframe ( fotorama.io/) when opening a picture in a lightbox, will create a unique hash address for it. When you visit the site with this hash, the gallery will automatically open on the desired frame.
